Darwin Technical Services

Engineering. Electronics. Software. Infrastructure.

Custom controllers, circuit boards, operational platforms, web interfaces, backend systems, fabrication, and technical support from one Darwin-based team.

IATRT scopes, builds, repairs, documents, and supports technical systems across commercial, industrial, marine, and field environments with transparency around scope, handover, and long-term maintenance.

Work spans control systems, custom apps, fleet platforms, servers, POS and camera systems, custom boards, fabricated assemblies, and test equipment for indoor, outdoor, and marine conditions. Where fit allows, open-source software, upgradeable architecture, scalable system design, and low-maintenance hardware choices are preferred so future changes stay manageable.

IATRT is not a generic dev shop. Alabanos Taxi is a live fleet management and dispatch system including booking, dispatch workflows, customer/admin portals, SMS OTP, and taxi provisioning.

This reflects the same operations-aware systems IATRT designs, delivers, and supports for clients. Real customers, real usage, and active support tiers - not static portfolio work.

One roof delivery

Four connected capability pillars under one documented delivery model.

Electronics & Embedded

  • PCB diagnostics, controller repair, redesign, embedded assemblies, and custom boards
  • Reverse engineering, validation tooling, and repair-first problem solving where sensible

Software & Data

  • Backend systems, APIs, dashboards, internal tools, and workflow platforms
  • Operational reporting, automation, and maintainable interfaces tied to real field use

IT & Infrastructure

  • DNS, VPS, servers, networking, remote access, monitoring, backup, and maintenance
  • OT-aware managed operations for mixed business, technical, and field environments

Marine & Harsh Environments

  • Marine electrical integration, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and staged upgrades
  • Testing and deployment considerations for outdoor, wet, remote, and service-constrained systems

Delivery Model

Transparent delivery, customer-owned IP, documented handover, and optional support.

IP

Customer-Owned IP

For development engagements, the customer owns the IP, source, design files, and operational deliverables with repo structure and handover prepared for straightforward future maintenance.

DOCS

Operator Handover Pack

Transparent scope notes, repos, diagrams, credentials handover, and structured as-built records make migration, upgrades, and maintenance straightforward.

A$300+

Support Tiers

Optional support tiers start from A$300/month and scale with system count, criticality, response expectations, and environment without creating lock-in.

FIT

Prime or Specialist Partner

Best fit is SME, brownfield, and awkward cross-stack work. Larger or more regulated programs may be better served with IATRT as a specialist partner.

Trust & visibility

Public pages that make the delivery model easier to trust and easier to verify.

Delivery Framework

  • Capability map across electronics, software, infrastructure, and marine work
  • Repair-first scoping, testing, handover, and best-fit project positioning
Delivery framework

IP & Exit

  • Customer-owned IP position in plain English
  • Transition readiness, handover artefacts, and change-control principles
IP & exit notes

Support Tiers

  • Retained support from A$300/month upward
  • Onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, and escalation structure

Consultations

Free consultation by phone or at our Winnellie workshop. On-site callouts are available as paid services. The initial consultation is used to confirm scope, urgency, delivery context, and the most appropriate next step before major work is approved.

If the engagement is a fit, you will receive clear advice on scope, likely timing, and how the work can be structured.
